CONSULTANCY SERVICE
Classroom & Instructional Improvement
Strengthening classroom practice through observation, feedback, instructional strategies and learner-centred approaches.
Service Overview
What happens in the classroom determines what students actually learn. SIECS works alongside teachers and academic leaders to strengthen day-to-day instructional practice — how lessons are planned, how learning is made visible, how questioning and feedback are used, and how classrooms are managed so that learning time is protected.
Our support is developmental rather than judgemental. Through structured observation, professional dialogue, modelling and coaching, we help teachers refine what they already do well and adopt strategies that raise engagement, participation and achievement across the ability range.
