Shagufta Shahzad
With more than 36 years of experience in education, Shagufta Shahzad is an accomplished educational leader and school development professional with extensive experience in educational leadership, institutional development, academic planning, teacher development, and school improvement.
Her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to strengthening educational practice and creating institutions where effective leadership, empowered educators, strong systems, and meaningful learning work together.
Shagufta has held senior leadership responsibilities, including Head of Education Management, and brings more than 10 years of experience as a School Principal. She has also played a leading role in the development of many schools, gaining first-hand experience in translating educational vision into effective academic structures, professional teams, school systems, and learning environments.
