CONSULTANCY SERVICE
Student Development & Wellbeing
Supporting schools in creating environments that promote learner development, wellbeing, engagement and responsible growth.
Service Overview
Students learn best in schools where they feel known, safe and valued. SIECS helps institutions build the pastoral structures, routines and relationships that support learners academically, socially and personally — so that wellbeing is part of how the school works rather than an add-on.
We support schools to design student support systems, behaviour and values frameworks, and enrichment opportunities that develop character, responsibility and independence, while giving staff clear guidance on how to identify and respond to students who need additional support.
