Who We Are
Sonjafa’s International Educational Consultancy & Services (SIECS) is a professional educational consultancy dedicated to strengthening institutions, empowering educators, and improving learning outcomes.
We work with schools, educational leaders, educators, and organisations to navigate challenges, strengthen institutional capacity, improve academic practices, and prepare for the evolving demands of education.
SIECS brings together international educational perspectives and local educational realities, with a focus on solutions that are progressive yet practical, relevant, and sustainable.
Why SIECS Was Established
SIECS was founded by Shagufta Shahzad as a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to education and her desire to share practical experience and professional insight with a wider educational community. After more than 36 years in education — including senior leadership responsibilities as Head of Education Management and over a decade as a School Principal — she established SIECS to support institutions in building the capacity, systems, and professional confidence required to sustain improvement over time.
